We live and work in Cortona, on the border between two regions rich in forests and truffle culture: Tuscany and Umbria. Every week, local truffle hunters bring us kilograms of fresh truffles, harvested nearby and following the seasons.
We have cooperated for years with expert truffle hunters, who go hunting in the woods with their dogs every day. We don’t buy from big anonymous providers. We choose the truffles only from those who we know: their names, their faces, their stories. This is how we build trust, season after season.
In our workshop we work small quantities in order to guarantee freshness and authentic flavours. Every small jar comes from a simple recipe, to highlight the perfume of truffle.
