We provide 2 different options for shipping:
– Economy (2–3 days):
Used for jarred products
Italy: 5,50 € with minimum order of 30 €
Europe: 16 € with minimum order of 30 €
(For european islands or remote areas: 24 €)
– Express (24 hours):
Recommended for fresh truffle and available for mixed orders (fresh + jarred goods).
Italy and Europe: delivery within 24 hours with refrigerated shipping.

In a refrigerated package with synthetic ice and protective packaging. This ensures it arrives as fresh as when it was just harvested.
We recommend consuming it within 5–7 days of delivery. Store it in the fridge, wrapped in absorbent paper, inside a closed container.
Yes, but it’s always best enjoyed fresh to fully appreciate its aroma.
Only after opening. Jarred products have a longer shelf life (see the label).
Yes, our products can be tasted by everyone, even for gourmet and tasteful snacks.
Mostly they are. You can find all the information about ingredients on the label and in the product catalogue.
Some products are, others may not be. Some recipes contain cheese or ingredients with animal origins. We recommend you to check the product catalogue or to contact us for ore information.
